The 香蕉视频 Releases Its First DE&I Report
The 香蕉视频 (香蕉视频) releases its first Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Report, today. The report focuses on activities supporting 香蕉视频鈥檚 DE&I Framework, which was developed last year to drive change, and promote accountability throughout the workplaces at the 香蕉视频.
The framework better supports the 香蕉视频鈥檚 vision for DE&I, and serves as the blueprint for implementing the goals and objectives of the organization that have evolved from its internal strategy.
The 2020-2021 report focuses on activities that support the four key areas of the DE&I Framework:
- The workforce
- The workplace
- Supporting 香蕉视频 members
- Volunteering and supporting the communities 香蕉视频 employees live and work
